Golf de Belle-Dune

Golf de Belle-Dune Golf Course, Le Tourquet, France

This relatively new course has matured beautifully and would be at home in the dune lands of Scotland or Ireland. It is an excellent routing through some of the best dunes in Europe opened in 1992 and expertly designed by Jean-Manuel Rossi. It is a lovely environment to play golf in with generous fairways requiring precise second shots amongst maritime pines, marram grasses and the occasional Roe deer or pheasant.

Les Golfs d'Hardelot

Golf d`Hardelot enjoys one of the most beautiful settings in Europe. The Pines course is yet another French masterpiece by Tom Simpson, built in 1934 and consistently rated in the French top 10 courses since. It’s a great test of accuracy and its tight greens are a feature of this stunning course on the Opal coast.

Le Touquet La Mer

France`s number 1 links golf course, created by Harry Colt and Charles ‘Hugh’ Alison in 1931, Le Touquet La Mer is a course of international fame and reputation. Set in the dunes, it has hosted many major tournaments, including the French Open on six separate occasions, won by the legendary Seve Ballesteros on the last edition. La Mer’s wild beauty is matched only by the force of the wind, which is an integral part of the course. This course is challenging and exciting in equal measure.

Le Touquet La Forêt

La Forêt (The Forest) nestles in 1,000 hectares of beautiful pines, oaks and poplars. One of the oldest courses in France, its atmosphere is serene and peaceful, sheltered from the coastal winds by the trees which define it. This classic course has been defined by quiet, concentrated, yet joyful environment since it opened in 1904.The course was designed by Horace Hutchinson and Nicholas Lane Jackson, two renowned architects. Inauguration was by Lord Balfour, Prime Minister of England, under the presidency of the Duke of Argyll, the King’s son-in-law making it the roaring success it has been ever since.
